Elisabeth Wispler

Elisabeth Wispler lives and works in Bochum and Hamburg.
She is an economist, organisational psychologist and systemic consultant. Her familiarity with Waldorf institutions iand their cooperative way of working from various perspectives is varied: as a pupil and mother, as managing director of a kindergarten and a large school and also through her teacher training.
She supports various teams and institutions in their development work. Her dissertation at Alanus University Alfter laid the groundwork for her book selbstverwalten.
