Geboren 1956 in Düsseldorf. Studium der Waldorfpädagogik (Klassenlehrer). In Witten/Ruhr. Studium Educational Action Research in Oslo/ Norwegen (M.Ed).
Anschließend Promotion im Bereich Pädagogische Kasuistik an der Norwegian University of Life Sciences in As/Olso (2011).
Lehrer an der Ita Wegman Schule am Gemeinschaftskrankenhaus in Herdecke (1990 – 2014). Seit 2014 Juniorprofessor an der Alanus Hochschule.
